Director Biography
Damon Krynicki is the Director of the McGuire Memorial Employment Option Center.
Damon has been on the staff at McGuire Memorial since August of 1999. He has served in many capacities, including as a program specialist, a community home manager, and as the assistant director of Adult Day programs. He has been the Director of the Employment Option Center in Moon Township since it opened in 2006.
Damon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and his Master of Education degree in Special Education from Slippery Rock University.
